Carrot Sriracha Chicken Manwich


Making sandwiches is one of my favorite ways to be creative in the kitchen. I don't find my self eating much bread because of my carbohydrate intolerance . However my husband loves a good sandwich. SO to day I am showing you how I make one of our latest favorites. 



-Gluten Free Honey White (brands I used below)

-Carrot sriracha Hummus 

-Handful of mixed greens

-sliced rotisserie chicken 

-sliced avocado

-grass feed butter 

-salt + pepper 


How to assemble:

-start by buttering your gluten free bread on one side and place under broiler until      toasted to your liking. 

-I like to slice my chicken and reheat in a pan with a light amount of butter 

- Spread your hummus on each slice of toast, add your avocado, warm chicken, a dash      of salt and pep last add in your greens  and waaa las! Ready to devour.
