Bowl Goals



I use veggie burgers for my meatless Mondays and throughout the week for quick meals.

I found Dr.Pragers last year while in New York and never looked back. They have so many different flavors so give them a go!


In the Bowl:

-Brown rice

- Mixed greens

- Hummus 

- Veggie tots (Kale Littles) 

- Avocado 

- Sesame seeds
