"Spring" into this Book

The book I found in 2015 and still use to this day, guiding me in my weekly shopping list, is Eat Pretty By Joele Hart. With this book, I discovered a love more than just the taste of the foods I was eating but the benefits of the foods. There is a plethora of knowledge in this little book and it makes for a very "easy read". With diagrams and charts for quick references. One can simply pick it up and only read a page at a time for an idea as to what her body may be needed that week and compose her a shopping list for produce that is personalized for you! I have had it for years now and I still find myself "checking in" to learn about whats on my plate.

The book is a reference to beauty betrayers (as Hart would say) such as canola oil and pesticides, that take away from your natural beauty. She then lists foods that will enhance your natural beauty (such as Asparagus for anti-aging benefits & strawberries for vitamin C) providing great details on when to eat certain foods based on seasons. Informing you on "what to eat"  to improve a  "problem area"  such as dark circles or lethargic moods.
