Baked Salmon Sliders

3.16.2018

Salmon is known to be great for us gals as most of us know, but it is crucial to take the extra step and buy wild-caught Salmon. If you want to read more about why just google farm raised salmon and you might be shocked, grossed out and hopefully convince you to make the right choice. With this being said, wild caught salmon from your average grocer can be very expensive! What I like to do is stock up on canned wild caught salmon. It saves tons of money, it's delicious and I still get all the fabulous beauty benefits.

Makes 8 small size burgers ( Together we usually eat 6 for diner )

  • Open both cans of salmon and drain.

  • Add fish to a large bowl and dump in the rest of your ingredients mix well, I use my hands.

  • Form 8 patties and place on a well greased baking sheet.

  • Bake for 20-30 minutes and Flip half way through.

  •  Serve Hot!

P.S. You can also Pan Fry these if you want them extra crispy, similar to my TUNA Burger recipe HERE!
