2 ingredient Chicken Legs

Happy to announce cooking chicken on the bone is easier then you think. For all my southern ladies out there who have gone to a Zaxby's or two (fastfood establishment) and love their French fries...Well this recipe is for you! Trust me on this one I worked there so I can vouch for the flavor... Hope you enjoy these as much as I do. A much more beneficial option for your body!

Kitchen tools:

Cookie Cooling Rack (essential for the Crispy skin)


  • 6 pack Chicken Legs

  • Salt

  • 4-6 TBL. Old Bay Blend

(Most all grocery stores carry this but this is a good price on Amazon)



  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Unwrap chicken and Dry thoroughly with paper-towel

  3. Use the old bay spice blend and get shaking! Make sure you coat all sides of the chicken leg.

  4. Place on cookie racks on another sheet to catch the drippings.

  5. Then place chicken on cooling racks and sprinkle with salt.

  6. Cook for 25 min flipping halfway through. (I always recommend checking the eternal temp just be sure)

Remove and serve while Hot!
