This has been a new Favorite in our house and I can't wait to make it for our appetizer table during the holidays. This is a quick and easy recipe that will leave your guest saying "Wow, that's homemade?!" It's delicious and something different to wow the crowd.
-3 TBL Olive oil
-10 Green Olives
*Note* you can add black ones for color but not necessary I just recommend plain pitted olives
-1/3 cup Tahini
-Juice from 1 small Lemon
-2 Garlic cloves fresh minced
-2 Dried Dill
-1/2 tsp ground cumin
-1 Tsp salt (or more if need)
-Cayenne to taste
-Put everything in a blender or food processor Blend until you reach the consistency of your liking.
*Add 1/4 or more water if you want to thin out the dip*
-You can top with extra olives and a drizzle of olive oil for a pretty display!
Pair this with corn chips, crackers or Raw veggies.
I love to use any leftovers in a salad the next day. YUM!
