Blueberries have always been my favorite berry. Recently I have learned the difference between wild blueberries and the common large blueberries. Wild blueberries have so much to offer your health, they are the most nutrient dense berry on the planet! How awesome that we have access to them in our grocery stores?! I have collected some of my favorite facts on the little berries and I will be sharing them below the recipe! (If you're house ravenclaw share this post!)

1/3 cup frozen raspberries
A handful of cauliflower (or 1/2 banana)

Unsweetened vanilla coconut milk to blend
Wild Facts about Wild Blueberries
1) Wild blueberries are indigenous to North America. Now I definitely want to go berry picking! They are one of the few plants that can burn in a wildfire and can grow back and produce fruit without help!
2)These berries are great for removing toxins from the body. Every day we all absorb toxins in the body. From pollution in the air, certain minerals through our water etc. And while our bodies are strong it's always good to continue to eat food that helps us remove toxins from the body so that we are functioning at our best!
3)Wild Blueberries are known as one of the best brain foods we can eat on a daily basis! Brain health is important for so many reasons! Keeping your mind healthy to have positive thoughts, think clearly, focus and be productive. Not to mention serious issues like preventing Alzheimer's. I talk more about brain health in this post here!
