Pink Power Smoothie



Pink Power Smoothie Bowl:


1 frozen Banana 

1 frozen pack of Pink Dragon Fruit (or 3/4 cup frozen cubes)

3/4 cup frozen raspberries 

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1/8 tsp cinnamon 


Add everything in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. 


Serve immediately and enjoy!
p.s. If you'd rather drink your smoothie, you can use non-frozen ingredients, add a few ice cubes and more liquid.  



I love adding pitaya (pink dragon fruit) to my smoothies. This gorgeous fruit is rich in magnesium! This is a common mineral most of us tend to be deficient in. But having enough can be beneficial for many reasons.


Such as:

>Helping to prevent migraines

>Reduces/improves pms symptoms 

>Reduce water retention aka flat belly


 Magnesium is important for so many more reasons and pitaya is a delicious way to help reach your goals of getting this mineral. Plus can I just say how this fruit fulfills my barbie breakfast dreams!
