Dreamy Creamy Dressing (for everything)

 All you need is 3 ingrediants and a blender! 


 This dressing is an easy (peasy lemon squeezy..literally),  to make. It also works as a dip or sauce! It pairs beautifully with all your veggies and a great topping for proteins. I make this weekly so that I have it on hand just about 24-7! 

I just know you will love it as much as I do. 



  • 1 Cup of Dry Roasted Cashews (however any roasted cashews will work) 

  • 1 or 2 cloves of garlic 

  • 1 Juice of a lemon 

  • 1/4 cup Water 

  •  Large pinch Black pepper + Salt to taste 

**If your cashews are already salted then omit

adding more salt until you taste test!




In a blender add cashews,  (chopped) garlic cloves, & lemon juice. Blend until you've reached a smooth texture. If you want a thinner dressing then SLOWLY add more water in until you have reached a consistency you're happy with. 


Sometimes I leave mine very thick for a "spread" on veggie burgers and sometime I will thin-it out perfect for salad dressings. Customise it for your own plate
